reBranding Review
Trail Tech
Prior to 2016 Trail Tech put their products in front of consumers through social and web sporadically while showcasing the products as they were with a price. They had great products! They told no story. During their rebranding their handles were unified across all the platforms as @RideTrailTech and their marketing strategy was pivoted from product first to story first showcasing their variety of products. From there we started showcasing their products through quality videos and photography and responded to reviews and questions weekly working with their team to field any comments made. Then we connected with industry influencers and asked for their help showcasing their products with them!
It took some time but…
We did it! By pivoting their marketing strategy to a story first method they saw an increase in sales, a new product release and they continue to thrive today. After the hand off of the rebranding their internal team now heads their marketing department and we are excited we pointed them in the right direction.
Phase nw
We were so excited when Phase NW contacted us for their branding project. After some analysis of the local market we knew what we had to do to elevate them to the next level. A new logo with an updated color scheme that we brought through to their website combined with some uniforms and new printed collateral to put in front of customers got results almost immediately! Six months and added services later were proud to have Phase NW as a continued client.

Home Squad USA
Home Squad USA, contacted us to begin the rebranding of their company in 2020. Formerly “Home Services Repair” working on both residential and commercial appliances they were a non-essential business during the COVID crisis. The downtime allowed them to give us a call and come up with a plan to hit the ground running once things started opening again. Thus Home Squad USA was born. A new website, new logo, updated content, and employee training to better handle customer concerns has now put Home Squad USA ahead of the competition in HVAC and appliance repair in the King and Pierce county areas.
